Donic

Donic BlueGrip S1 is the model for stronger professional players who find the S2 a little bit too soft, yet do not want to give up the touch and the pleasure of rotation that a real BlueGrip offers. Recommended for offensive table tennis players who strive for perfect coordination of spin and speed.

Professional table tennis rubber with dynamic medium hard, medium pored sponge, and sticky top sheet that is extremely grippy and dynamic, allowing for precise strokes.

Available in black, red, and in 2.0mm and max thickness.

DONIC BlueGrip S2 – the fusion of two classics, and the best of two worlds in one rubber: a sticky Chinese-style top sheet combined with a powerful sponge with strong catapult effect. DONIC has now taken this development even further and added a new, softer version to the BLUEGRIP series.

Two successful products are combined in it. BLUEGRIP S2 pairs the soft controlled sponge of topseller DONIC ACUDA S2 with a grippy top surface rubber in the manner of Chinese rubbers, which gives a distinct advantage in the service and return game. The high quality of the sponge offers outstanding control.

Recommended for attackers who play with control, and for allrounders as well as defenders who aim for a spinny and varied game. Extremely grippy and easy to control, enabling accurate attacking strokes with sufficient speed.

Technology: dynamic, medium soft and medium pored sponge, sticky top sheet.

• Surface: sticky-elastic
• DONIC technology: FD3 Technology

Among the DONIC table tennis rubber sheets, the BLUESTAR could well become the new star: its new technology gives it great potential.

The secret of the BLUESTAR lies in its rubber sponge, it is completely different from all other sponges of the DONIC rubber sheets. The developers have proudly called the underlying technology "Optimised Energy Sponge", OPTE for short. A small-pored sponge that sets new standards in terms of elasticity and dampening level due to its special composition, and you can feel this technology instantly when playing.

The fantastic catapult and speed characteristics make the DONIC BLUESTAR A1 an exceptional product. The top sheet unlike the successful rubbers of DONIC’s BLUEGRIP C-Touch series is only slightly sticky but extremely grippy.

The former world champion Jörgen Persson is enthusiastic about this new development. "I have never before played such an excellent table tennis rubber," explained the Swedish legend. With a 52,5 degree sponge the BLUESTAR A1 appears relatively hard but only at first glance.

In the hands of professional players it quickly becomes a strong trump card. Nevertheless, also ambitious table tennis players who are not active in the top classes can also enjoy the BLUESTAR, although it is particularly recommended for players who practice intensively.

The BLUESTAR A2 and BLUESTAR A3 are alternatives for all pros who find the 52.5° sponge of the BLUESTAR A1 too hard, or who simply prefer a slightly softer sponge hardness. The new models come with a sponge hardness of 50° (BLUESTAR A2) and 47,5° (BLUESTAR A3), which is ideal for most advanced players that play up to professional level.

The star gets company

The high-quality DONIC rubber sheet is getting company because, within a very short time, the DONIC BLUESTAR A1 has become the star among the rubber sheets. Its fantastic catapult and speed characteristics are due to the fine-pored sponge, and the only slightly sticky but extremely grippy top sheet also contributes significantly to the outstanding playing characteristics.

These versions use the technology that makes the small-pored sponge of the BLUESTAR so special, too: Optimised Energy Sponge (OPTE) sets standards in terms of elasticity and shock absorbing level. Development, production and processing of the BLUESTAR meet the highest requirements, which is why this is the epitome of the rubbers.

• Surface: spin-elastic

The blue menace: a significantly thinner topsheet, under a higher level of tension, leaves extra space for a thicker sponge, and that allows for even more power. The thickest version is called max+ because it is slightly thicker than the sponge used on the traditional Max versions.

You really notice the highly dynamic properties of the Bluestorm, along with excellent spin and speed – this rubber is a sign of where the trend is heading. It comes in seven different versions, so find the right Bluestorm for you!

This one is for allround players and players that want to attack in a controlled manner. Soft, with a unique feel and a satisfying sound.

Technology: medium-pore sponge with a reduced weight and a hardness of 42.5° – features weight-reducing sponge technology.

DONIC Bluestorm Pro – in the footsteps of the professionals. It is a rubber used by professionals, and ideal for all players with high ambition who seek the highest quality materials.

This newly developed pimple rubber combination offers direct touch and excellent rebound, and the sponge delivers an extremely good catapult effect. The most important recipe for success, however, is the make-up of the top surface rubber, which assists topspins even under the most difficult circumstances: BLUESTORM PRO is extremely dynamic and spinny, even when the ball is finely struck.

The BLUESTORM PRO AM, with a slightly softer sponge, offers the perfect balance between dynamism, control and rotation. Both versions give excellent control whether playing aggressively or passively, thanks to very high production standards: strict quality control regarding weight and sponge hardness makes for consistency and premium performance for every rubber.

Recommended for attackers and aggressive allrounders who appreciate the advantages of a top-quality professional class rubber sheet.
