Victas Balls

VICTAS VP 40+ table tennis balls — 3-star ITTF-approved competition balls and practice balls, 40 mm, in the poly (plastic) material that replaced celluloid. Made in China, sold in packs of 3, 12 and 60.

Three-star is the grade to buy for a real match — ITTF approved, held to the tightest tolerance for roundness, weight and bounce, and the only grade permitted in sanctioned play. Practice balls are made to a looser tolerance and are intended for training volume and robot work, where a box of 60 matters more than a certified sphere.

A ball is a consumable, not a one-time buy: poly balls go out of round and lose bounce with use, so check yours occasionally, and a scuffed or cracked ball should come out of the box rather than stay in play.
