Rackets
Complete table tennis rackets, ready to play out of the box — no gluing and no choosing rubbers.
Two genuinely different things sit here, and it is worth knowing which you are buying. A factory pre-made bat is a single sealed product: the rubbers are part of it and are not intended to be replaced, which is what keeps it simple and affordable. A pro setup is a real blade with real rubbers glued to it — the same components sold separately, put together for you. The second can be re-rubbered indefinitely and the blade outlives several sets of sheets; the first is a bat you replace whole.
Buy for the player, not the specification sheet. A beginner bat uses a slower sponge and a more forgiving surface, which is exactly what somebody learning to keep the ball on the table needs; a faster bat makes that harder, not easier. Rackets built for competition assume a stroke that is already there. Our racket selection guide places every racket and set we carry by the player its maker says it is for, brand by brand.
If you already know which blade and rubbers you want, buy them apart instead — the blades and rubbers collections are where a custom racket starts. For a first table at home, a set that pairs bats, balls and a net is usually better value.

For leisure and school sports, the "Legends 400 FSC" is a basic bat of good quality. Its "pimple inside" coating is reasonably smooth and approved by the ITTF, while a 1.6mm thick sponge between the rubber and the wood gives beginners and casual players the necessary power and a lot of control.
The new Legends Line from Donic-Schildkröt is dedicated to the table tennis legends Jan-Ove Waldner, Jörgen Persson and Steffen "Speedy" Fetzner, who, all together, have numerous international titles and successes. As a leading table tennis manufacturer, Donic-Schildkröt relies on responsible production.

Inspired by table tennis icons Jan-Ove Waldner, Jörgen Persson, and Steffen "Speedy" Fetzner, the Donic-Schildkröt Legends 600 FSC is a premium recreational racket.

Ideal For
Recreational players and school sports programs seeking reliable performance and quality construction without compromise.
Part of Donic-Schildkröt's trend-setting racket series, the "Legends 800 FSC" is a table tennis bat that is very comfortable. All bats in this series are made from FSC-certified wood, which comes from controlled, sustainable cultivation.
Optimally suited for ambitious leisure sports and regular hobby games, this model is equipped with a high-quality wood and handle, the ITTF-approved Schildkröt Champion rubber assures a very good grip and transfers the spin very effectively to the ball.
The 2.0mm thick sponge located on the transition between the rubber and the wood generates a high level of power and faster ball speeds, with the same amount of force, advantage over a thinner and therefore inexpensive sponge. The ERGO handle with a rounded, flowing transition from the handle to the blade, lies much better in the hand than classic bats and avoids pressure points on the index finger.
This technology, established for years in the competition segment, is now being used in the field of leisure rackets, enabling the quickest possible change from forehand to backhand (and vice versa), a clear plus point for the fast table tennis duels.
The PLS technology ("Power Light System") is an immediate eye catcher: thanks to the transparent lens, you can look through the hollow racket handle. This construction ensures that the bat becomes lighter and more top-heavy, resulting in a very comfortable handling and optimized power.
The built-in "AVS" (Anti Vibration System - 2 shock-absorbing PU foam inserts under each of the two handle shells) between the blade and the handle noticeably reduces vibrations and oscillations, enabling a fatigue-free play with a lot of control.
