Donic-Schildkröt
Donic-Schildkröt table tennis equipment — a German brand built for recreational, family and school play: complete bats, balls, nets and sets rather than tournament components.
The distinction from the competition range is real, and it's the first thing to get straight before you buy. Donic-Schildkröt bats are sealed, factory-made units graded by playing level, where the rubbers are part of the product and aren't meant to be replaced. Competition equipment is sold as a blade plus two rubber sheets that a player glues together and re-rubbers over time. If you're buying for a garden table, a classroom or a first bat, this is the right range; if you're matching equipment to a developing stroke, look at Donic's own blades and rubbers instead.
Balls here run from 1-star practice through to 3-star competition grade, and sets pair bats, balls and a clip-on net for tables that have none.

Whether it is for hobbies, school or leisure, this level 300 table tennis set from Schildkröt is a complete and perfect choice. The set contains 2 bats (pimples inside, soft Schildkröt pad, ITTF approval), and a 1.0mm sponge on each gives maximum control of the ball.
The concave handle lies comfortably in the hand. The set also includes 3 Schildkröt balls (2 x white, 1 x orange), seamless, with a 40mm diameter. Everything is practically packed in a blister pack and therefore the balls are protected during transport.
Donic enjoys a worldwide reputation in the table tennis competition segment and is a provider for many of the best known players.

Ambitious beginners and leisure & recreational players who play regularly will find the Waldner 700 by Donic-Schildkröt a high-quality bat. It is also an absolute recommendation for school sports.
The high-quality "Tactik" wood lies very well in the hand, thanks to the "ERGO handle", adapted from the competition segment, in which the transition from the blade face to the handle is smooth and there are no edges causing pressure points on the index finger.
In addition, the transition from forehand to backhand (or vice versa) can be done very quickly, which is a clear advantage in such a fast-paced sport as table tennis. Vari-Slick rubber pad features a 2.0mm S-40 sponge, ensuring a good spin acceptance, superior power, and that all playing techniques are well transferred to the ball.
Thanks to the "ABP" technology (Adjustable Balance Point) in the handle, power and control can be adjusted in seconds according to the player's wishes. Younger table tennis players enjoy it, especially.
Dedicated to the legendary swedish star and multiple world champion Jan-Ove Waldner, the Waldner Line offers a wide selection of bats to suit every requirement, with the Waldner 700 being a low-cost entry in the bat group with several innovative technologies for recreational players.
Beginners, ambitious recreational players and those in school sports will all find the Donic-Schildkröt Waldner 600 a versatile table tennis racket. Thanks to high-quality materials and well-thought-out technology, it offers a balanced combination of control, speed, and spin.
The Donic rubber with 1.8 mm S-30 sponge ensures precise ball feedback and enables all essential stroke techniques – from controlled returns to dynamic topspins. The rubber is ITTF-approved, providing the same material quality used in professional competitions.
The Power Light System (PLS) with transparent hollow chamber shifts the center of gravity towards the racket head, resulting in greater ball acceleration with the same energy input and a more direct playing feel. The concave handle sits comfortably and securely in the hand, keeping the racket comfortable even during longer sessions.
As part of the Waldner series, named after table tennis legend Jan-Ove Waldner, the Waldner 600 combines modern technology, playing comfort, and quality – perfect for leisure, school, and club training.
A best seller, this is an allround racket with 1.8mm black/red Donic 2-star inverted rubber on a 5-ply all-round blade, with an Anti Vibration System (AVS) that absorbs shock. Provides excellent ball control. Perfect for the young wannabe Forrest Gump in your family or any recreational player wanting an allround racket with good control. Also great for outfitting your home table so you always have a spare racket when friends come over to play a little pong!
