The distinction from the competition range is real, and it's the first thing to get straight before you buy. Donic-Schildkröt bats are sealed, factory-made units graded by playing level, where the rubbers are part of the product and aren't meant to be replaced. Competition equipment is sold as a blade plus two rubber sheets that a player glues together and re-rubbers over time. If you're buying for a garden table, a classroom or a first bat, this is the right range; if you're matching equipment to a developing stroke, look at Donic's own blades and rubbers instead.
Balls here run from 1-star practice through to 3-star competition grade, and sets pair bats, balls and a clip-on net for tables that have none.

This level 300 table tennis set from Schildkröt is a complete and perfect set for hobbies, school or leisure. It includes 2 bats (pimples inside, soft Schildkröt pad, ITTF approval) with a 1.0mm sponge for maximum ball control of the ball. The concave handle lies comfortably in the hand. The set also includes 3 Schildkröt balls (2 x white, 1 x orange), seamless, with a 40mm diameter. Everything is practically packed in a blister pack and therefore the balls are protected during transport. Donic enjoys a worldwide reputation in the table tennis competition segment and is a provider for many of the best known players.
