Soft Sponge Rubbers

Tenergy 64 FX is the fastest attacking rubber of the Tenergy family. Butterfly High Tension technology has enabled a fast dynamic rubber to be produced by utilizing the softer FX version of Spring Sponge. Spring Sponge enables a player to grip the ball and catapult the return back at high speed and with heavy spin.

The No. 64 was the development code of the pimples used in producing this inverted rubber. While Tenergy 05 is recommended for playing close to the table, Tenergy 64 FX is for the attacker who plays an offensive game from middle distance, but also relies on pace blocking to keep their opponent off balance.

• The fastest rubber in the Tenergy line, perfect for the player that relies on fast attacks from mid distance, now with a softer sponge
• Perfect for the ultimate attacker, but also superior for short pushes, especially with heavy spin, due to the low throw angle
• Tenergy 64 FX is especially well-suited for blocking, smashing, and power topspin shots
• Best when paired with Butterfly Hadraw VK, Mizutani Jun Super ZLC, Timo Boll CAF, and other Butterfly blades
• Butterfly Free Chack II table tennis glue recommended when assembling Tenergy table tennis rubbers

• Surface: High Tension Pimples-In
• Speed: 85

Tenergy FX produces a high level of control without losing high performance. Tenergy 25 FX has larger diameter pimples which combined with a Spring Sponge produce a softer feeling. Tenergy 25 FX enables the powerful player to execute strokes with more topspin whilst maintaining control, especially when control and counter attacking close to the table is needed.

Rubber Specifications

Tenergy 05-FX marries High Tension Technology with a softer version of Spring Sponge, which makes high speed and spin easier to generate. Spring Sponge is produced by the unique format of air bubbles within the sponge and the thin pimples of the highly flexible surface, and it enables dynamic topspin play with heavy rotation.

Tenergy has proven to be an outstanding success since it was introduced, combining High Tension Technology with Spring Sponge, and it quickly rose to the top of the charts after the initial release. This further development maintains high performance levels with greater control; top international players around the world embraced it, and the masses followed.

The Tenergy family of rubbers continues to evolve, so that all styles of play can benefit from this new technology. For a wide variety of players, Tenergy 05-FX is a great rubber to have for either the forehand or backhand of their Butterfly table tennis racket.

Butterfly Tackiness Chop rubber is designed with the chopper or defensive player in mind. This rubber has a sticky/tacky surface paired with a soft sponge. This combination allows for high rates of spin without having to take big swings at the ball. Also, it is very easy to control due to the decreased speed, making it ideal for players that depend on their opponent making the first mistake in a rally.

The best way to make that a regular occurrence is to pair Tackiness Chop with anti spin (ie. Super Anti) or long pips (ie. Feint Long II, Feint Long III, Feint OX, Feint AG, or Feint Soft), which will drastically change variations your opponent sees.

Adjusting to these differences on the fly can be difficult, increasing your chances of winning the point.

• Tackiness Chop is an inverted chopping rubber capable of generating high amounts of spin
• Perfect for the defensive player that wants to use heavy underspin against their opponents
• To maximum effectiveness, use this rubber on a combination racket with either anti spin or long pips on the other side
• Pairs best with Diode V, Gionis Carbon Allround, Hadraw Shield, Boll Allround, and other Butterfly blades
• Butterfly Free Chack table tennis glue recommended when assembling Butterfly table tennis rubbers

Butterfly Super Anti is a special rubber that does not react the way most others do. In today's game, which is dominated by high tension rubber sheets that produce inordinate amounts of speed and spin, Super Anti is the outlier. This Butterfly rubber is designed to take all the sting out of your opponents attacks and give them nothing to work with.

Due to the nearly frictionless topsheet and soft sponge, Super Anti neutralizes your opponent's fast and spinny shots. The result is a much slower return with little to no spin, giving your opponent fits that most can't handle. The best way to utilize this special rubber is to have a fast, spinny, offensive rubber on the other side of your racket to keep your opponent off balance.

Advanced players can use this difference to their advantage by twiddling (switching which side of the paddle is on the forehand and backhand by spinning the paddle in their hand) during the point, adding another level of mental gymnastics for whomever they are playing.

• Super Anti is a high quality anti spin table tennis rubber which counteracts your opponent's spin
• This rubber has an exceptionally low friction topsheet designed to produce a no-spin ball
• Most effective when used as part of a combination racket with offensive rubber on the other side
• Pairs best with Innerforce Layer ALC, Boll Allround, Innershield Layer ZLF, Petr Korbel, and other Butterfly blades
• Butterfly Free Chack table tennis glue recommended when assembling Butterfly table tennis rubbers

• Surface: Anti-Spin (Anti)
• Stability: 5

Butterfly Speedy P.O. short-pimples rubber designed for players that want to keep the ball low, either while blocking or attacking. In today's spin-dominated game, giving your opponent a quick, low-spin ball that doesn't bounce as high off the table can be the difference you need to succeed.

This changes their timing considerably and makes them generate all their own spin, whether they are attacking or defending. Speedy P.O. also lends itself well to placing the ball accurately, making your opponent play more shots and possibly miss.

• Speedy P.O. rubber is a well -balanced, short-pimples-out rubber sheet
