What separates Butterfly's from most, and what's worth knowing before you buy, is that it publishes measured figures rather than star ratings, using a different set for each half of the range: rubbers are rated for speed, spin and arc with sponge hardness given in degrees, blades for reaction and vibration. Treat those as two separate scales — a blade's numbers and a rubber's numbers were never meant to line up against each other, so don't compare one to the other when you're weighing options.
