Carbon & Composite Blades

DONIC presents a very special anniversary blade for the 30th anniversary of Jan-Ove Waldner's Olympic victory in 1992. The JO WALDNER GOLD EDITION is a 7-ply offensive blade (five precious veneers with two inner layers of Etalyra carbon), dedicated to one of the best table tennis players of all time, and so its handle wings have been stylishly designed in the Swedish national colours (FH yellow/BH blue).

The result is a truly exclusive blade made of absolutely professional and high-quality material for a very special feeling: a powerful offensive blade with fantastic feeling. Absolutely brilliant, just like Jan-Ove Waldner.

Technology: 7 layers of Abachi (inner), Etalyra Carbon (3+5), Abachi (2+6), Limba (1+7 outer). Character: Powerful and sensitive, fantastic feeling. Recommendation: For modern attacking players who demand something extraordinary.

The missile: an extremely fast carbon blade with a thick core veneer and a highquality hinoki outer veneer. Fun play at top speed.

It is for aggressive offensive players that are always on the attack. Extremely fast, very hard, but with relatively good control.

Technology: 5 plies made of kiri (core ply), carbon (2+4) and kiso hinoki (1+5).

DONIC ORIGINAL NO 1 SENSO + NO 1: what sets these elegant blades apart is the perfectly coordinated combination of high-quality veneers and high-quality workmanship.

The ayous core is surrounded by two layers of acryl-carbon – premium acryl-carbon in the ORIGINAL No 1 SENSO – while the other plies, made of limba and ayous, give the DONIC ORIGINAL No 1 and its brother, the DONIC ORIGINAL No 1 SENSO, their incredible penetrating power. That adds lots of power to your topspins!

This one is for dynamic attacking players that want to win points with their first topspin shot. Hard and fast, well balanced.

Technology: 7 veneers made of ayous (core veneer), acryl-carbon (3+5), limba (2+6) and ayous (1+7, outer veneer).

This one is for dynamic attacking players that predominantly utilise topspin strokes. Hard and fast, with a centre of gravity shifted towards the blade face.

Technology: 7 veneers made of ayous (core veneer), premium acryl-carbon (3+5), limba (2+6) and ayous (1+7, outer veneer), SENSO handle technology.

Seven plies providing pure power: this blade is designed for dynamic attacking strokes and for aggressive offensive players looking to score points with powerful shots. Fast, dynamic and powerful.

Technology: 7 veneers made of abachi (core veneer), abachi (3+5), koto (2+6) and walnut (1+7, outer veneer). The carefully coordinated inner plies are bonded using a specially developed carbon gluing process, and the hard walnut outer veneers perfectly round off the blade as a whole.

A perfect combination of speed and playing feel: five elegant wood veneers and two layers of carbon are perfectly complemented by a carefully selected synthetic fibre. Powerful attacking shots have brilliant penetration, while the soft touch provides the fine control needed for passive shots.

It is for offensive players that want to attack with dynamic shots but also safely play shots across the table. Powerful, penetrating, controlled and with a good feel.

Technology: 7 plies made of kiri (core ply), ayous (3+5), Kevlar carbon (2+6) and koto (1+7, outer ply).

DONIC ORIGINAL TRUE CARBON INNER – the inside secret, for all players who are looking for control but also for the acceleration to suddenly attack in decisive moments. Materials and method of production are absolutely first class: DONIC have used the same high-quality plies as in the DONIC ORIGINAL TRUE CARBON, which is already a classic.

What the TRUE CARBON INNER adds is a completely new carbon ply, Hybrid Aramid Carbon, which is not placed under the outer plies but completely embraces the inner plies. The result is a softer touch and even more control than with the TRUE CARBON, at slightly less speed.
